Like all tea, Green tea is produced from the leaves of Camellia Sinensis. It is known to be one of the most popular beverages in the world, and has gained major attention due to offering many scientifically proven medicinal/human health benefits.

  1. Add sliced lemons to your favorite empty tea cup. I prefer to give them a gentle squeeze for lemon juice.

  2. Next, pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. After water comes to a boil remove from heat and transfer to your tea cup.

  3. You will then add green tea to your infuser and place it in your cup of hot water. Carefully set your cup aside and allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes.

  4. After you have allowed your tea to steep, remove infuser from the tea cup and gently stir in desired amount of honey. Allow tea to cool and enjoy every sip!
