The African Holistic Health book written by Llaila O. Afrika is by far one of my favorite reads from Amazon. This book provides a complete guide to proper nutrition, herbal remedies, and lifestyle to help reduce risks of homeopathic diseases that target the black community.
In Sacred Woman, Queen Afua teaches us how to heal & love ourselves through the mind, body, and spirit. In this book she takes us on a journey to embrace the divine feminine that has become lost within, especially for black & brown women. She dives into the importance of ancient teachings, healthy eating, relationships, spirituality, business, and lifestyle. This is an excellent read to help you achieve your fullest potential as a sacred woman!

The Himalaya Botanique fluoride free toothpaste is definitely the best brand that I have used. This toothpaste is very popular for being natural & free from harsh ingredients.
